| You need to get the Kangaroo tool, the c2m plugin (both of which can be found in the downloads section of the website.
The plugin only works on 3dsMax 6 and 7. You need some way of taking your model there and then exporting as c2m using the plugin.

| Do you have the Steam version of the game? You can just extract the installer files and copy-paste them in the data folder if the installer is giving you trouble.

| Try 'Universal Extractor'. I use it when exe files give me trouble. Once you get the archive extracted, you need to browse to a Data\ folder and then copy paste the contents. Doesn't the GoG version by default have Patch 1.1 installled? I lost my HoAE and have at one point used a GoG version and if I remember right, it has 1.1 already in it or something.

| Yes it appears that it is, my mistake...i dont know what happened but the game randomly decided to work with the unnofficial patch that previously broke the game thats why i thought it wasnt 1.1.. Thanks for the help anyway i hope i didnt waste your time dude
