unable to connect the server

| hello.
I have bought the game with steam.I have my serial and i have created a account,all perfect.but when i try to connect to internet game a message appears saying me unable to connect to server.
I havent a firewall...even my router and window´s firewall are desactivated.
Can someone help me please??

| Na,im using the xp,so i dont need choose administrator...
I play other online games and i havnt problems....so i dont know waht can happen with this...
Any idea?
do u yhink that i need open some port??....

| Are you sure that the Multiplayer is working online? If Multiplayer works online and Internet Game fails, then it could be that there is something wrong with the game. The main reason for this is that, most of the HoAE GSC Servers (1 or 2) will be offline, which may explain this (probably because there is no one to play the game).
Which version of the game do you use? Do you use patch 1.1?

| yes,is working,because a friend is playing when im trying to connect.
i have the 1.1 v,the same version that my friend has.
even i tried to connect with my friends´s account...but impossible.

| Do you mean that you can get to the page where they ask you "Your Login ID" and "Game Box Number"?

| no,my account with the id and the box are registred and ok,the problem is when i try to connect clicking login and then.appears connecting...and some seconds later the game say me unable to connect

| no,my freind can join into internet server and i cant.
If im hosting a game on the multi option he cant join to the game because he cant push on join.

| I noticed that I cannot "Join" too. But put in the IP Address, check the Direct TCP/IP and Hit Create instead of Join. This should work.

| This problem seems to be on your game or on your port settings or simply in the game's configuration. Did you try to re-install to see whether it goes away?
or try today, at 2:30 AM IST (+5:30), which is 9:00 PM GMT. Host a game, give me your IP Address and I'll try to join. If I cannot, then we can confirm its a problem with your game or your PC or Windows... .
