Hello I want to know if this program serve to extract models outside of game. I want extract models from building models to my mod.

How can I change the parameters of the player character at level-up. For example Increase the walking speed is not in the 6 and 36 (Example)

Download those files, extract and paste them to:
C:\Windows\System32\
C:\Windows\sysWOW64\ (If you have 64 bit windows)

Run the GSC Utility, Go to the Open menu and try to open the file 'ALL.gsc' or 'patch01.gs1' or 'mods.gs1'

Can this really open gsc files from Hoae? I tried opening with this and it says "invalid or corrupted files".
